View of the " park ave. ".... the wooden bench in front of that house makes a nice sitout.... with the temperature getting warmer by the day....,a relaxed evening sitting on that bench would be great....wouldn't it!

Well, I think it would.
It's been warmer up here too but we still have so much snow on the ground.

I'm reminded of the old poem, "Let me live in a house by the side of the road . . ." Whoever lives in this house must like being able to chat with neighbors and by-passers.
